Cecilia has 15 years' experience in brand strategy, industry trends and innovation with a broad range of clients, such as Heineken, Renault and McDonald's. Today she is the agency's strategy and development leader, and runs the blackbox bureau, which is dedicated to research and innovation projects. A graduate of the Sorbonne CELSA School of Journalism in Paris, since 2008 she has been teaching there, in a subject that means constantly renewing and questioning herself.

After obtaining a Masters in Sociology from the University of Social Sciences of Toulouse, Hüseyin started his career with Research International. After 2 years of shopper studies, he joined the strategy coaching unit, Idea Architects. He spent the following six years with different institutes (TNS Sofres, LH2, then BVA), supporting clients such as Heineken, Cosmopolitan or Michelin in strategic counseling or qualitative studies, and facilitating insight and idea generation workshops.
At every opportunity, Hüseyin makes the rounds of contemporary art exhibitions in France and abroad. He finds this a great way to gain inspiration and understanding of the world around him.

After a literary course marked by two years of Hypokhâgne-Khâgne and a degree in English literature, Marine chooses a career in branding and design by entering the ISCOM Paris school, from which she graduates first of her class. She joins blackbox in 2016 as a Junior Strategic planner and Research executive, after a first experience in digital communication at RCA Factory.
An adventurer at heart, Marine takes up all the agency’s challenges with fearless energy.
Sciences Po Paris graduate, Clara chooses the field of consumer research after a master’s degree in marketing. She spends 5 years at agency MSM, working on international projects of target exploration, innovation and strategic positioning, for clients such as Nescafé Dolce Gusto, Nestlé Health Science, DBApparel or Brown Forman.
A rock-climbing, mountain hiking enthusiast, Clara likes to step up to get new perspectives.
After graduating from University of Bordeaux with a master’s degree in sociology, Antonin started his career at BVA Qualitative Factory. He trained himself to ethnographic and qualitative studies, while contributing to the department’s annual trend report. He then joined blackbox in 2014 as a strategic planner and a research executive.
A huge music geek, Antonin loves to browse through today’s new tracks to discover tomorrow’s classics.

Graduate from Celsa Sorbonne University, Jimmy began his career in 2012 as a strategic planner in the advertising agency Change, on Joker and Groupama accounts. Then, he joined the Sparkle brand agency where he contributed to the strategies of Bacardi Martini, Heineken, Rémy Cointreau and L'Oréal brands. The agency takeover by Lonsdale broadens Jimmy's action expand to Nestlé customers, Mondelez, or Moët Hennessy.
Determined builder, Jimmy is passionate about architecture and craftsmanship to realize the projects of the agency.
